The Perennial Team Experience
Enneagram-Based Professional Development for Teams
Help your team understand themselves and each other better, communicate more effectively, navigate conflict, and build stronger working relationships.
Your team is made up of different people. That’s the point.
They communicate differently. Make decisions differently. Respond to pressure differently. Approach conflict differently. And sometimes, the very qualities that make someone valuable to the team are the same ones that can make working together complicated.
The Perennial Team Experience uses the Enneagram to help teams understand what drives their own behavior, better understand the people they work alongside, and build practical skills for communicating, navigating differences, and working well together.
This isn’t about putting people in boxes.
It’s about giving your team a shared language for understanding what happens between people at work, and what they can do differently once they see it.
Your team will learn to:
Understand the motivations behind the nine Enneagram types
Recognize their own patterns, strengths, and stress responses
Better understand why coworkers may approach the same situation very differently
Communicate with greater awareness of the person on the receiving end
Navigate personality differences without making them personal
Recognize and work through common sources of workplace conflict
Leverage the different strengths already present on the team
Turn greater self-awareness into practical changes in how they work together
Choose the experience that fits your team
One-Day Intensive
A strong foundation in understanding yourself and the people you work with.
This interactive, customized training introduces your team to the Enneagram and gives them a practical framework for understanding the personalities, motivations, communication styles, and stress patterns they encounter every day.
Participants leave with a greater understanding of themselves, a new lens for understanding their coworkers, and practical ways to begin navigating differences more effectively.
A good fit for teams that want:
A meaningful introduction to the Enneagram, greater self- and team awareness, and practical tools they can begin using immediately.
Three-Session Series
From understanding each other to changing how you work together.
The three-session experience gives your team time to learn the Enneagram, put it into practice, and return to the conversation with real workplace experiences to explore.
Session 1: Understanding
Build the foundation. Learn the nine types and their core motivations, begin recognizing individual patterns, and develop a shared language for understanding one another.
Session 2: Application
Take the Enneagram into the workplace. Explore communication, stress responses, conflict, personality differences, and what helps or gets in the way when different people work together.
Session 3: Integration
Bring the learning together. Explore your team’s specific dynamics, work through real challenges, leverage individual and collective strengths, and develop strategies for continuing the work beyond the training.
A good fit for teams that want:
More than a one-time training. The series allows your team to practice what they’re learning between sessions, bring real situations back into the room, and move from understanding the Enneagram to actually using it together.

Customized to your team
No two teams are exactly alike, and your training shouldn’t be either.
Participants complete an Enneagram assessment before the first session, and I review the results in advance. Your experience is then shaped around your team’s goals, composition, workplace dynamics, and the areas where greater understanding could make the biggest difference.
Both experiences include guided discussion, interactive exercises, personal reflection, original Perennial Coaching resources, and opportunities to apply what participants are learning to their actual work together.
Better understanding changes how we work together.
When people understand what drives their own reactions and become more curious about what may be driving someone else’s, there’s more room for clearer communication, healthier conflict, stronger relationships, and better teamwork.
