Why This Matters

You're tired. You’ve seen the same self-doubt, the same struggles, the same patterns on repeat. You know something needs to change, but figuring it out alone feels overwhelming.

The bottom line: You don't need a massive overhaul or more things on your plate. You just need clarity, some solid tools, and permission to do things differently.

That's exactly what this time is for.

Coffee or tea on me—your drink is covered

Experiential coaching with a certified professional—You'll engage in reflection, journaling, and exercises in a supportive setting—not a lecture or Power Point presentation.

A break from your own head – Guided meditation and tools to quiet the noise

A new way to see your challenges – Reframe what feels stuck into something workable

Practical tools, not just insight – Walk away with strategies you can actually use

An actionable next step – Walk away with clarity on your next best step

Connection with women who get it – You're not alone in this

A fun giveaway! (Actually, three. Good luck. 🤞🏼)

About Your Guide

Headshot of Christi Engle, owner/operator
of Perennial Coaching Services

Hi there, I'm Christi.

As a person who grew up learning to suppress my needs and avoid conflict at all costs, I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and under-resourced. Today, I help people recognize unhealthy patterns, reframe their challenges, and take ownership of their personal growth.

When I became an empty nester, I started Perennial Coaching Services in Salisbury, MD. I work with individuals and teams through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, podcast speaking, and retreats.

My superpower is helping people break the patterns that keep them stuck—whether that's repeating the same conflicts, people-pleasing until they're exhausted, or living on autopilot while the years seem to fly by.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me cooking, baking, traveling, reading, or playing Wingspan or Sequence with my husband, Josh, and our two grown boys.

I hope you join me at my next Coffee and Coaching event. I think it could be just the catalyst you need to move into your next season with clarity and confidence. There are limited spots—secure yours by clicking here.

What Past Coffee and Coaching Participants Are Saying:

“After attending, I feel refreshed, encouraged, and better prepared to face feelings that arise—specifically, in a healthier way.”

“Your authenticity and being personal helps put others at ease.”

“It was a very pleasant experience. I did not know what to expect, but I felt comfortable the whole time.”

“Christi provided a warm, gracious space to journal our feelings and challenges. I went in feeling disorganized and overwhelmed, and left feeling empowered and capable. I highly recommend her to lead small group coaching.”

Christi’s peaceful demeanor and inspirational prompts facilitated deeper reflection than I have accomplished in a very long time. I wouldn’t have gotten there on my own.”

FAQs

What are the details of Coffee and Coaching?

I have two dates coming up:

-February 7th at Bloom Physical Therapy in Berlin, Maryland. This retreat-style gathering offers space to reflect, journal, and connect with others who get it—so you can finally find clarity on what's been keeping you stuck.

AND:

-February 26th at FIKA Coffee Roasters in Snow Hill, Maryland. Expect an evening of meaningful discussion, guided journal prompts, and proven tools to help you gain clarity and move forward on what matters most.

If you’d like to curate your own private Coffee and Coaching group of 6-10 participants, reach out and we’ll make it happen! This is a wonderful evening for any friend group, book club, mom’s night out, or church small group.

What happens if the spots get full?

I will notify you that all of the spots have been claimed and will start a waiting list in case anyone drops out. If we have enough interest, I will be happy to schedule another Coffee and Coaching Event!

What can I expect?

We'll meet in a cozy seating for guided coaching work. The events include a brief, guided breath meditation to help you settle in, some individual journaling time, small group activities, and optional sharing. It's intimate (groups kept intentionally small to foster small group connection and communication), experiential, and supportive. Expect a mix of quiet reflection and meaningful discussion (sharing optional). Wear something comfortable, come with an open mind, and get ready to walk away with tools you can use long after the evening ends.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a journal if you have one (I'll have extras on hand if you forget or need one). I'll provide pens, handouts, and all other materials. For the FIKA event, I’d also appreciate you bringing a cash tip for your barista as a thank you for staying late to host us. Other than that, we just need you. 💛

Is this therapy?

No, this is coaching. We'll focus on practical tools for moving forward and reframing current challenges, not diving into past trauma or doing deep therapeutic work.

What if I'm not comfortable sharing in a group?

There's no pressure to share anything you're not ready to. Most of the work is individual reflection, with optional sharing with the group or in small groups. You control what you share and when.

What if I've never done coaching before?

Not a problem! This event is facilitated by me, and I just happen to be a coach. No experience with coaching is necessary—just a willingness to try something new.

If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to christi@perennialcoaching.com and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
