You Know Your Enneagram Type. Now See What Happens in Relationship.
A six-week group coaching experience for Enneagram 3s, 6s, and 9s
You may know your Enneagram type well. But relationships have a way of bringing out patterns that are harder to see.
For Types 3, 6, and 9, there’s a shared tendency to create relational spaces that support what matters most:
3s create value and success.
6s create safety and security.
9s create harmony and belonging.
These are real gifts. But when your efforts go unrecognized, your security feels threatened, or harmony begins to break down, something else can happen:
You detach. You may pull away from your feelings, your own thinking, your priorities, or even the relationship itself.
And often, it happens before you fully realize what’s going on.
What if you could recognize the pattern sooner?
Over six weeks, we’ll explore how Types 3, 6, and 9 connect with others, what they look for in relationships, and what happens when those needs aren’t being met.
You’ll learn to notice:
what you naturally create for others
what you seek from relationships in return
what causes you to adapt, disengage, or pull away
how shame, fear, or anger show up when the pressure builds
what part of yourself you tend to lose contact with
how to stay connected to yourself while staying connected to others
This work draws from the Enneagram framework of Object Relations, which looks at a simple but powerful question:
How do I relate to others, and what happens inside me when that relationship stops working the way I hoped it would?
Why 3s, 6s, and 9s together?
Because these three types share an underlying relational pattern, but express it in very different ways.
Seeing your pattern alongside the other two can make your own much easier to recognize.
This won’t be six weeks of Enneagram lecture.
We’ll combine teaching, conversation, reflection, and group coaching so you can explore how these patterns actually show up in your relationships, work, family, and everyday life.
What if my Type isn’t 3, 6 or 9?
If you’re a Type 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, or 8 and would like to join a group like this, email christi@perennialcoaching.com and let me know. We’re exploring future groups for the other Enneagram types, too.

A Little About Your Guides:
Sarina Sherring is an ICF-certified Life Coach, accredited iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner, Spiritual Director, and the founder of Reflect the Original, an Enneagram coaching and soul care practice. With a background in education and over 20 years of experience across organisational and not-for-profit contexts, she helps individuals and teams grow in emotional health, self-awareness, and values-aligned living.
What she loves most is walking alongside people as they meet themselves more honestly through the Enneagram - the patterns that protect them, the longings underneath, and the slow, real work of growth and formation. It's this passion that shaped her years co-hosting The Nine Design Podcast, and the same care she now brings to every every group, session, and retreat she leads.
Christi Engle is a coach, Certified Enneagram Teacher, and founder of Perennial Coaching Services. She helps people understand what’s driving them, recognize the patterns shaping how they move through the world, and make more intentional choices in their relationships and lives. Her own journey sparked a deep curiosity about why people do what they do and what helps us interrupt patterns that no longer serve us.
Christi loves the Enneagram because it gives people language for things they’ve experienced but haven’t known how to name. She uses it as a practical tool for understanding the motivations beneath our behavior, building greater compassion for ourselves and others, and creating real change. Through coaching, groups, workshops, and team development, Christi helps people turn self-awareness into healthier ways of communicating, relating, and showing up.
